Estimation or long order
We ship world wide but we need you to choose and accept to "pick up" & "pay cash" options on the checkout page of Rhythmic Gymnastics Store, so we can send you the invoice & paypal request to pay. And ship you the product ) (Under Company: please type in your shipping option as the following: small packet, regular, air, express, courier). If you do not state what type of shipping under company name, it is assumed you wish to have regular shipping.
Ordering
Your invoice and credit card transaction will be completed in Canadian funds. You may also order by email, mail, fax or phone. You send it with a cheque or money order for payment. We also accept bank transfers (TT). If you choose this method of payment, please contact us for additional information. Customer Service Terms
A service fee will be applied on orders with multiple service change requests. We will notify you if this scenario applies and the possible fee that will be added.
Any promotional rebate and/or coupon can only be applied when placing your order online.
Only one coupon can be applied per order per customer.
Shipping Terms
Any orders shipped outside of Canada, are subject to be held by customs officials therefore D.A.M.E Inc and its subsidiary Romsports are not held responsible for any delay of delivery of shipment and duty charges incurred as a result of this.
Sale Conditions
Due to the fluctuation of the Canadian dollar, prices quoted on imported items are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are F.O.B. Montréal and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Your invoice and credit card transaction will be completed in Canadian funds. For Canada and the continental USA , the fees start at $11.00 (CAD) per parcel first item included, with an additional charge of $0.50 per additional item. One piece hoops are considered a separate package with a minimum of 2 per order with special pricing starting at $20.00 (CAD). Out-of-stock colors or products will not appear in the store but will appear in the downloadable catalog and therefore must be ordered via email or fax. -Full payment on out of stock items is required to ensure priority service. Additional charges might apply for air and/or express priority shipments. - Orders shipped by small packet have no tracking number available, are not insured and sent at your own risks. The different discount offers are not cumulative or combinable. -Prepayment is required prior to shipping of order.
RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATION
No goods damaged through misuse or abuse will be accepted. All goods must be returned by regular postal service at the buyer’s expense and in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain a R.A.N (return authorization number) from D.A.M.E. inc. and to insure the goods for the proper amount.
A 10% restocking fee, based on the value of the goods, will be applied on returns and cancellation of orders unless replaced with other items of greater or equal value or a credit for the value can be issued for future purchases.
For our customers outside of Canada, you must include a customs declaration tag on the box clearly indicating RETURN TO MANUFACTURER to prevent incurring duty charges. Should these procedures not be followed, your package will not be accepted and thus returned to you.
