-Due to the fluctuation of the Canadian dollar, prices quoted on imported items are subject to change without notice.  All prices are F.O.B. Montreal, Canada. Romsport reserves the right to modify pricing and promotions without prior notice.

-Romsport shall not be held responsible for online web store functionality, limitations and/or other causes out of our control.

-Prepayment is required on all orders prior to shipment.

-A service fee will be applied on orders with multiple service change requests. We will notify you if this scenario applies and the possible fee that will be added. 

-Any promotional rebate and/or coupon can only be applied when placing your order online.

-Online orders, invoicing and credit card transactions are in Canadian funds.

-A minimum of 2 hoops per order is required for shipment, pricing starting at $20.00 CAD;

Out-of-stock colors or products

-Out-of-stock colors or products will not appear in the store but will appear in the downloadable catalog and therefore must be ordered via  email or fax. 
-Full payment on out of stock items is required to ensure priority service.
-Out-of-stock or special items such hoops may require Romsports to contact you with a revised invoice before shipping.

Shipping Terms

-Any orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to customs in that particular country.  Therefore D.A.M.E. Inc. and its subsidiary Romsport, cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery or any applicable duties as a result of this.
-NO PARTIAL OR TOTAL REFUND of shipping costs for services not offering tracking of the package, guaranteed delivery standards or without the possibility of insuring the goods will be applied.
-Additional charges might apply for air and/or express priority shipments.

RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATION

-No goods damaged through misuse or abuse will be accepted. All goods must be returned by regular postal service at the buyer’s expense and in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain a R.A.N (return authorization number) from D.A.M.E. inc. and to insure the goods for the proper amount.

A 10% restocking fee, based on the value of the goods, will be applied on returns and cancellation of orders unless replaced with other items of greater or equal value or a credit for the value can be issued for future purchases

For our customers outside of Canada, you must include a customs declaration tag on the box clearly indicating RETURN TO MANUFACTURER to prevent incurring duty charges. Should these procedures not be followed, your package will not be accepted and thus returned to you.
